We often receive the same question from our users: is it possible to recover a forgotten or lost password from their account? Today, we are pleased to announce that this feature will be available to everyone shortly.

For new users, signing up with a phone number is already available. By binding your number, you can easily add contacts from your phone book. Thanks to this feature, you will be able to recover your password in the future.

To easily recover your password in the future, you need to link your phone number to your profile now. To do this, SFERA users just need to go to the Settings – Security section and add a phone number. Confirmation and activation are carried out through an incoming call, where the last 4 digits of the number will be the authorization code.
